- development of possible solutions both in terms of systems and organisational and financial aspects, outlining in detail the various feasible alternatives;
- development of the executive project , down to the smallest details for each individual action;
- training interventions for the qualification of personnel required by the new operational setup.

Training
The management of an emergency situation , regardless of its nature or complexity, requires a very complex operational machine, both in terms of the roles to be filled and the associated responsibilities. Furthermore, the actual response capacity depends greatly on the level of preparation, knowledge and experience of the designated personnel.
In almost thirty years of professional activity carried out in the field, Tecnica Formazione Sicurezza has always paid great attention to the training of the human component as a unique and indispensable element in resolving emergency situations; therefore, both theoretical training, which lays the foundations and tools necessary for intervention operations, and practical training, through which it is possible to “test” first-hand the real complexity of scenarios, are fundamental.
Our highly specialised structure takes on the task of implementing in the Italian context what has already been applied in other international settings, appropriately calibrating training and instructional methods according to the territory, the culture, and the individual capabilities and professionalism of the operational personnel.
