Worker Training & Qualification Management | Jarvis HSE

Module of Jarvis HSE — Pillar 2. Every worker trained. Every certificate valid. Every deadline tracked.

Italian law is explicit: an employer who assigns a worker to a task they have not been adequately trained for is personally liable for the consequences. The obligation isn’t to train workers once and forget; it’s to ensure their qualifications stay valid, renew them before expiration, and prove it at any time. Spreadsheets and institutional memory fail regularly.

Digital personal record

Each worker has a complete record with qualifications and certifications (first aid, fire safety, working at heights, ATEX, forklift operator, hazmat handler, scaffold inspector), certification date and issuing body, expiration date with configurable advance warning, secondary buffer alert, current status (Active, Expiring Soon, Expired), and full audit trail of changes. Specific competencies are linked to qualifications, and health surveillance deadlines (fitness checks, periodic monitoring) are integrated.

Training event lifecycle

Jarvis HSE handles the full lifecycle: planning (title, type, max participants, registration window, session schedule with times and instructors), delivery (training material attachments, session-by-session attendance tracking), certification (upon successful completion, Jarvis HSE automatically issues the associated qualifications to the worker’s record and creates the next renewal reminder — no manual data entry), documentation (timestamped record archived for audits).

Compliance calendar

A unified calendar gives real-time visibility of all upcoming training deadlines, qualification renewals and medical exams. View by person, team, qualification type or urgency. Filter for what’s expired, what’s due this month, or what concerns a specific site. Export to Excel for management or external auditor reporting.
