In today’s world, citizen safety is a fundamental factor when facing the countless threats that daily life may present: an event becomes an emergency when the individual ordinary forces are not sufficient to contain or manage it. In such situations, the coordination of all deployed forces is therefore essential, but even more important is the internal organisation of Local Police / Municipal Police teams.
In the Local Police / Municipal Police sector, our consultancy service handles the planning of operational procedures across different areas of competence:
- commercial activities and crime prevention;
- road accident management;
- citizen assistance and social safety.
Over the years, Tecnica Formazione Sicurezza has also promoted and delivered training activities at all hierarchical levels for officers of Provincial and Municipal Police Forces — personnel called to manage crisis situations that may occur in urban areas: road accidents, public disorder, natural disasters, crowd gatherings, public performances, and large-scale events.
Particular emphasis is placed on the correct identification and management of stress situations, which frequently lead to errors and underestimations that can inevitably prolong ongoing operations. Another fundamental aspect is communication between officers, the effectiveness and efficiency of which depend not only on proficiency with the specific radio equipment in use, but above all on the manner in which messages are transmitted.
Training
ICE & FIRE s.r.l. offers specialised training courses for Local Police / Municipal Police: from operational stress management to fire-fighting techniques on vehicles and civil premises, from training for trainers to community policing, from road safety education to goods transport controls, from security at events and public gatherings to the escorting of local government officials.
