Module of Jarvis HSE — Pillar 3. The right procedure, in the right hands, at the right moment.
A procedure that lives only on a server in the HSE manager’s office is not a procedure — it’s a document. The gap between having a procedure and having it followed is, in most organizations, enormous. Field workers can’t find it, don’t know it has been updated, don’t have access to the latest version. When an emergency happens, they have no time to look for it.
Jarvis HSE closes that gap by putting every procedure, operating instruction, checklist and emergency plan directly into every worker’s hands — on their phone, pre-downloaded and available offline, always in the latest version, accessible in seconds.
The procedure library
Build, organize and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), emergency response plans, risk assessment procedures, environmental procedures, ISO management system procedures, inspection guidelines. All organized in a color-coded category system for fast navigation, with rich text formatting, embedded images and unlimited attachments (PDF, video, spreadsheets, technical drawings).
From web to mobile, instantly
Every published procedure is immediately available on Jarvis Mobile to every authorized worker. Browse by category, search by keyword, access the full content with all attachments. Offline access is critical for field operations: a worker entering a tunnel, a remote site or a no-signal area can pre-download any procedure to their device. When a procedure is updated, the new version is automatically synced — obsolete copies are replaced.
Linked checklists: from procedure to evidence
Each procedure can have a linked checklist — a structured set of yes/no questions, measurements or verification steps that workers complete to demonstrate the procedure was followed correctly. Each answer is individually recorded with timestamp and user identity. Photo evidence, measurement readings and voice notes can be attached. The completed checklist becomes a compliance record — timestamped, geolocated and permanently archived as proof the procedure was executed.
Distribution and acknowledgement
When a new or updated procedure is published, Jarvis HSE can push notifications to relevant workers. They can be required to confirm having read and understood the procedure before acknowledgement is recorded server-side. This creates a legally defensible chain of communication: not only does the procedure exist, you can prove every relevant worker was notified and confirmed knowledge of the content.
Compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 (controlled document management, operational controls, internal communication).
