The Jarvis Operational Vehicle Tracking module is the solution for comprehensive monitoring of company fleets: vans, trucks, service vehicles and any vehicle used in daily operational activities. The system combines an IP67-certified GPS device, a mobile app and a web dashboard to provide total fleet visibility at all times.

IP67 GPS Device and Mobile App

The IP67 GPS tracker installs on any vehicle quickly and discreetly. It transmits real-time position, engine status and operational data to the Jarvis platform. The mobile app for iOS and Android allows fleet managers to monitor vehicles on the go, with instant notifications for every relevant event.

Web Dashboard and Fleet Monitoring

The Jarvis web dashboard provides a centralised map with the real-time position of all fleet vehicles. Each vehicle is identified with an icon, registration plate and operational status. Filter functions by area, status and vehicle type make fleet management immediate and efficient, even for large fleets.

Advanced Alert System

Jarvis Operational Vehicle Tracking integrates a configurable alert system that notifies in real time:

  • Unexpected ignition: the vehicle starts during unauthorised hours or days, a possible sign of unauthorised use or theft.
  • Low battery: preventive warning to avoid unplanned vehicle downtime.
  • Rollover: automatic detection with immediate notification for rescue intervention.
  • Detected accident: the system identifies significant impacts via accelerometer and sends a priority alert.

Anti-Theft Protection with Geographic Zone

For each vehicle, a customisable geographic zone (geofence) can be configured: an area within which the vehicle is authorised to operate. Any movement beyond the perimeter generates an immediate alert on the app and dashboard, enabling a rapid response in the event of theft or unauthorised use.

Trip History and Stop Log

For every fleet vehicle, a complete trip history is available with map visualisation. Data includes: departure and arrival time, route taken, stops (with duration and location), average and maximum speed. This information is useful for optimising routes, verifying protocol compliance and resolving disputes.

Automatic Reports by Vehicle and by Period

The platform automatically generates detailed reports configurable by individual vehicle or entire fleet, on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Reports include: kilometres travelled, hours of use, detected anomalous events and a stop summary. Available in PDF format and exportable in tabular format for integration with company management systems.
