Jarvis HSE module — Pillar 2. Every worker trained. Every certificate valid. Every deadline tracked.
Italian law is explicit: an employer who assigns a worker to a task for which they have not been adequately trained and qualified is personally liable for the consequences. The obligation is not to train workers once; it is to ensure that their qualifications remain valid, to renew them before they expire, and to be able to prove it at any time. Spreadsheets and institutional memory regularly fail.
Digital personal record
Each worker has a complete record with qualifications and licences (first aid, fire safety, working at height, ATEX, forklift operator, hazardous substances handler, scaffold inspector), certification date and issuing body, expiry date with configurable advance warning, secondary buffer period, current status (Active, Expiring Soon, Expired) and a complete history with audit trail. Specific competences are linked to qualifications, and health deadlines (fitness-for-work examinations, periodic surveillance) are integrated.
Training event management
Jarvis HSE manages the entire event lifecycle: planning (title, type, maximum participants, registration window, session programme with times and trainers), delivery (training material attachments, session-by-session attendance tracking), certification (on completion, Jarvis HSE automatically issues the associated qualifications to the personal record and creates the next renewal reminder — no manual data entry), documentation (complete timestamped record, archived for audits).
Compliance calendar
A unified calendar provides a real-time overview of all upcoming training obligations, qualification renewals and medical examinations. View by person, team, qualification type or urgency. Filter by what has expired, what is due this month, or what concerns a specific site. Export to Excel for reporting to management or auditors. When a deadline approaches, the system automatically notifies the relevant manager.
